1. You can send the source texts to us for the calculation of service price through several channels as follows:

The documents can be sent by email or fax (the texts must be clear). |

The documents can be sent by fax or mail, or you can ask our staff to receive them from your offices. |

The documents can be sent by registered mail or EMS, or you can ask our staff to receive them from your offices in order to prevent possible loss. |

The documents can be sent by mail, email or fax (the texts must be clear). |
2. After receiving the documents (by email or mail), we will send the quotation stating relevant information including work details, submission date, translation price and submission method (by email or post)by fax for you to consider.
3. If you decide to hire us, sign the acceptance letter and send it back to us by fax. We shall complete the task within the agreed period.
